- Will my car be safe?
- Our car park is protected by a security barrier, flood lighting and CCTV cameras.
- What do I do upon arrival?
- Arrive at Flyparks car park, park your car and make your way to the terminal via the pedestrian exit at the bottom of the car park.
- What do I do when I return from my holiday?
- On your return, head back to Flyparks car park to collect your vehicle.
- What if my flight is delayed and I go over my pre-booked parking period?
- If your car is not going to be collected prior to expiry of your bookng or you unexpectedly intend to collect your vehicle early, please email us prior at info@flyparksexeter.co.uk or alternatively by text on 07912944527.
- Flyparks will offer a 4 hour grace period without additional charge.
- Additional days will be charged £7.50 per day.
- I have mobility issues, is this service suitable for me?
- There is a 120 metre pavement walk from our car park to the terminal, if you are comfortable with this then it should be fine.
- Is there a maximum car size, or any height restrictions?
- No mobile homes, caravans, lorries or trailers.
Please ensure you park at Flyparks Car Park which is clearly signposted as 'Flyparks'.
No Refund will be issued in the event of customers parking at another car park.
No refund will be issued for no shows.
